Introduction

            The Department of Business Administration is committed to developing the next generation of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and management professionals. The programme provides students with a strong foundation in business management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and organisational behaviour. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical learning, the department helps students understand real-world business practices and develop essential managerial skills. Through seminars, workshops, case studies, presentations, industrial visits, and other experiential learning activities, students are encouraged to develop leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial abilities. The department prepares students to confidently pursue higher education and diverse career opportunities in the dynamic world of business and management.
